Ohio State University (OSU) Research Updates: While floral research is conducted at many locations throughout the world, it often takes many months or even years before the floral industry is made aware of the results. Under the leadership of OSU Professor Michelle Jones, it is the purpose of OSU Research Updates to help circumvent such delays by making results known earlier such they can be tested commercially and/or put into commerce.
PRO Institutes: In-depth 2.5-day workshops during which cut flower, potted plant, and bedding plant postharvest and marketing subjects are presented, discussed, and demonstrated. Tours of applicable businesses and facilities are included, while leaving plenty of time for networking.
